Ohio winters really aren’t that bad.
In spite of all our complaints, winter in Ohio can actually be a pretty magical time of the year. No matter how long the winter season lasts, snow days NEVER get old.

From Nov. 30, 2015 - Jan. 3, 2016, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is a magical winter wonderland.

(And no one makes them better than the Buckeye State.)

On February 21, 2015, Ohio City will once again host an outdoor and indoor music festival that features top-notch local and regional acts, hot drinks and treats and fireside conversations.

All throughout the state there are various places to go hiking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, sledding, ice fishing and ice skating.
